CENTURION was found in the middle of 1998 by Bigos (guitar) and
Śliwa (drums). The band from the very beginning has played fast and brutal
kind of death metal (inspired by DERANGED and ANGEL CORPSE style).
After a couple of months Ostry (second guitar), Sobiech (vocals)
and Ziomek (bass) joined the band. In the beginning of 2001 CENTURION
recorded the first demo, called ”...and they will leave only remains”.
In the middle of 2002 the band entered DBX studio in Warsaw and recorded
first LP „Conquer&Rule”. It contains over 25 minutes of brutal death
metal and the cover of Morbid Angel „Day Of Suffering”. CENTURION
has officially signed three-record deal with Apocalypse Records. After
that CENTURION toured Poland two times (in March 2003 and February 2004)
with the company of well known polish death metal killers from YATTERING.
In March 2004 CENTURION was invited to play during one of the biggest
European metal festival METALMANIA 2004. In the beginning of 2005
Sobiech, Ostry and Ziomek decided to leave the band.
In the next year Caesar (known from SHRAPNEL) and AD Gore (PYORRHOEA,
GORTAL) took up their functions as vocalist and guitarist. In this form the
band started to work at the second album. In May 2007 Blacha (bass)
joined the band. In October 2007 Centurion entered Progresja studio
and recorded promotional stuff called "Sacrilege". Those three new
tracks are the most sadistic and brutal material in the career of the band and
it also shows how will be the upcoming LP album look like. „Sacrilege”
was also release as a split album with GORTAL by the French
Gorification Musix in 2008. In the same time Centurion and
Mittloff from Apocalypse Records decided to finish the cooperation.
In 2009 band started to work at the second LP, called "Serve To No One".
The band entered one more time Progresja studio in Warsaw, known from
cooperation with such great bands as AZARATH, MASACHIST or LOST SOUL. Mix
and mastering of „Serve No One” was finished in the beginning of 2011.
Piotr “Mittloff” Kozieradzki, a drummer of prog rock band RIVERSIDE
was responsible for mixing of the material and Andy Blakk (ex-PYORRHEA,
CONQUEST ICON) is an author of mastering. This release was also a farewell
album of Śliwa who left the band due to his personal life. He was
replaced by Domin, previously known from the the bands such as DEVILYN
and NOMAD. Throughout the whole period of activity CENTURION has
played a few concerts all over Poland supporting among others the bands such as
IMMOLATION, ASPHYX or VADER.

[PT] Tudo começou com uma "brincadeira" e agora estamos crescendo! Desde a
primeira edição em 2010 (intitulada de Anibeja Metalfest), o SMSF tem
vindo a revelar-se um bom festival no underground nacional, apresentando a cada
ano uma diversidade de bandas, sempre com entrada e campismo gratuito. O
festival não tem quaisquer fins lucrativos, pelo que se trata apenas de um
evento cultural da cidade organizado pela Junta de Freguesia de Santa Maria
da Feira, em Beja, e tem vários voluntários a ajudar na sua
organização.
Temos presentes em cada uma das nossas edições várias tendas de merchandising e
comes e bebes, e todos são bem-vindos!

[ENG] Everything started with a small festival we organized in August 2010, with
four bands, called Anibeja Metalfest. The festival had free entrance and free
camping for whoever wanted to come and it was a success in a small town like
this! In 2011, the festival's name changed to Santa Maria Summer Fest (SMSF)
and it revealed itself as a good festival in the Portuguese underground,
presenting its year a diversity of bands, always with the free entrance and free
camping bonus! The festival does not profit from anything at all, as it is a
cultural event that belongs to the city of Beja, and has many volunteers helping
it.
We always have merch, food and drink stands in our festival, and everyone is
welcome!

feel very pleased with the outcome and the final results perfectly extrapolate

For a product made completely in Portugal, based just on a couple of raw notes
and scribbles, this is the perfect demonstration that no huge investments are

to achieve an entertaining product.
DEVOURED UNLIMITED serves as a testimonial to contradict the actual
economic and social chaos panorama overfilling the Portuguese shores, yet
manages to prove that it is necessary to move on, to be perseverant, to explore
imagination and dedicate energy to find new ways to continue on giving good
entertainment and optimism to the masses!

In the darkest abyss of chaos where time and space are impenetrable, Black
Altar came into existence. It took its earthly shape during blasphemous
Sabbath in the Night of Walpurgia Anno Bastardi 1996, when it was summoned by
the voice of Shadow. He, as the first guardian of Black Altar,
have started an unholy crusade, thus awaking fear and pain among the
hypocritical and hideous christian lambs.
The first stroke into their rotten system of values was a demo entitled "Na
Uroczysku..." which gained a special recognition among several groups of
listeners. It was recorded by Shadow in 1997 at Selani Studio with
the help of Doc, Vader's drummer, in the role of a music engineer and
drumS programming. Released under Shadow's own label - Odium Rec.,
the first issue of 500 copies was sold out rapidly, making the name of Black
Altar very popular in Poland and in other countries as well.
Where were many musicians involved, however none of them stayed long because
they could not meet Shadow's high musical and ideological requirements.
The turning-point came in the end of 1999 when two new musicians, who just like
Shadow had shown boundless devotion to the Black Metal Art, joined the
band.
In December 2000 a new, long-awaited EP entitled "Wrath ov the Gods" was
recorded. Although all the compositions included were rather old, this record
presented a new and more full-fledged face of the band. The EP was released in
2002, once again, by Odium Rec., this time as a limited to 666 copies
hand-numbered with blood split CD with promising band Vesania. In 2003
Odium Rec. re-released "Wrath of the Gods" in the form of limited to
500 copies, hand-numbered with corpse blood, 7" EP.
In September 2003 at Selani Studio Black Altar recorded their debut album
entitled "Black Altar". It was a great improvement in the development of
the band. All the compositions show an enormous potential of Black Altar.
The new hymns are still more extreme and more technical. They reveal the unknown
regions of Black Metal - an Art destined for the privileged. "Black Altar"
was mixed and mastered at Studio X. For the track "Fire
ov Immortal Self" a professional video was recorded. In April 2004 the
material is released in the form of CD and a gate-fold LP by the German
Christhunt Productions. Odium Rec. releases a limited to 666 copies
hand-numbered with corpse blood cassette version of "Black Altar".
After releasing the debut album Shadow parts with his musicians and as of
that moment Black Altar became a one-man band.
In 2006 WarKult Prod from Peru released remastered version of Black
Altar "Wrath ov the Gods" (with 4 bonus tracks) as split,slip case cd, with
Nebular Mystic (Nor).
In October 2006 Black Altar finished, at very good Studio X,
record session of their second album called "Death Fanaticism". It's a
killer Black Metal Holocaust! This unholy Masterpiece ov Black Art was
unleashed in March 2008 under the wings of Odium Rex.
Black Altar it’s going to record 7 brand new tracks for a split with
Shining and split with Varathron/Thornspawn.
Polish extreme metal machine HATE have announced
a European tour in support of their upcoming opus “Solarflesh – a gospel of
radiant divinity” which is going to be released via Napalm in Jan/Feb this
year! The band will appear as a direct support for Swedish death metal titans
Hypocrisy. The tour is scheduled to begin on March 28th and wrap up on April
14th, however it is highly possible that some more dates will be added to the
list below. It‘s been a while since HATE have hit the road in Europe and
they are really looking forward to that! More info to come soon.

1993: The now legendary demo on Maxi Cd format, BLOODBATH IN PARADISE,
is circulated within the underground and earns BELPHEGOR the reputation
of an unrepentant, blasting war machine. 1995: The first studio album,
THE LAST SUPPER, is released on Lethal Records and is a welcomed
collection of infernal hymns for their growing fan base. Following their own
path of sin and befitting their ever-evolving anti-religious, anti-life
attitude, BELPHEGOR’s logo gets revamped to incorporate two inverted
crosses completely surrounded by blood representing the slaughter of Christians
and martyrs. 1997: Last Episode Records releases BLUTSABBATH. BELPHEGOR’s
sinister reputation continues to gain momentum.
MUSICA INFERNALIA
2000: Stagnation means death! The band spreads their disease once again
via NECRODAEMON TERRORSATHAN, logging yet another volume of blasphemy
added to The Vatican Library. 2002:BELPHEGOR celebrates their
10th anniversary by capturing a live set with songs played even faster than
their original studio recordings on INFERNAL LIVE ORGASM
(released on their own label, Phallelujah Productions).
DIE TOTEN REITEN SCHNELL
2003: Produced at Mastersound Studios, BELPHEGOR cram their
high-speed murderous brutality into the 8-track release of LUCIFER INCESTUS,
and then tour again throughout Europe. 2005: The band opts to once again
to work with Alex Krull at Mastersound to create the morbid
GOATREICH - FLESHCULT, and later shredding Europe with the infamous
X-Mass Festival and an eighteen dates headliner tour. “We don’t give a fuck
about anything and don’t let anyone talk us into doing anything. Only the music
counts!”

Produced, mixed, and mastered by Andy Classen at Stage One Studio
in Kassel, Germany, and featuring artwork by Seth Siro Anton
PESTAPOKALYPSE VI is, on the one hand, a concept album based on The Devil,
Pestilence, and The Apocalypse, and on the other, a lesson in infernology.
Incorporating unconventional harmonies with dynamic execution and monumentally
aggressive vocal work, its multi-language approach (the German verses in
“Bluhtsturm Erotika” are taken from the works of Marquis de Sade &
Goethe; “Sanctus Perversum” defiles the church’s monopoly on Latin)
accurately represents the infernal musical landscape BELPHEGOR
comfortably inhabits.
Accept it: our world is necessarily haunted by evil, and when the armies of the
dead return with their pestilence to annihilate the living, there will be no

BONDAGE GOAT ZOMBIE: BDSM & SATHAN 2008
With their seventh Album, suitably titled BONDAGE GOAT ZOMBIE, the Death/
Black Metal institution crushes all their previous releases! A real massacre of
pounding Death Metal and majestic, hyper fast Black Metal spread out over nine
killer songs full of diabolical possession, and pure darkness! BONDAGE GOAT
ZOMBIE is their most mature effort up to day, this time BELPHEGOR
have managed to melt ultra blastbeats and heaviness to one union.
The Fleischwerk was once again recorded in three sessions form November 2007 to
January 2008 with Andy Classen in the famous Stage One Studios in
Kassel/Germany – guarantying a smashing and powerful production.
The concept of the album is inspired by the infamous Marquis De Sade
(1740 – 1814), giving the lyrics of the album a blessed touch of Evil. As on the
last album, the vocals are held in English, German and Latin. BONDAGE GOAT ZOMBIE is once again a lesson in violence and a true
offering when it comes to crushing Metal with the extra punch in the face.

TURIN TURAMBAR are from Poland and no musical novices anymore. They
already exist since 1992 and put with “Corona Regni Satanae“ their latest
opus on the dark Metal market.
As the bands' name actually let assume music based on J. R. R. Tolkien ala
SUMMONING I am however for now surprised. Anyway it is not that easy to classify
the band musically. You can hear very experimental Black Metal. Pitch-black
musical base frames come upon various other Metal genres. Progressive, Death
Metal, a lot of Doom indeed also Ambient tones are here processed to very
arbitrary songs. Weird tones which are needed getting used to and are very
innovative, too. “Cororna Regni Satanae“ is a very intense cd which
demands a lot of staying power from the listener. You already have to listen to
the all in all nine songs several times in order to be able to conceive the
entire multifacetedness. The emphatic growls still reinforce the depressive,
dark undertone. The powerful doubleblast drumming caters for the necessary
hardness. The lyrics are all written in Polish language. Who are into
extraordinary sounds in the Black Metal genre can grab here without hesitation.
All others is most warmly recommended “Corona Regni Satanae“ as a welcome
change from the other dark mishmash!!!!

BALFOR was formed in
November 1997 in a small town in eastern Ukraine, as a side project of
Thorgeir - vocal/bass/guitar, and guitarist Svart, to play fast, but
melodic, Black Metal. The band released their first album “Volki Severa”
in 2001, and, following a number of personnel changes, and encouraged by the
positive reviews the LP received, Thorgeir decided to concentrate all his
energies on BALFOR and develop the band further. Berowar came in
on bass in November 2005 and the two formed the core of what BALFOR was
to become.
Defining their music as “Barbaric Black Metal” in tribute to the history
of their homeland, BALFOR released their four-track promo “Pure
Barbaric” for free download via a net label in 2006; a move that proved to
be extremely successful in terms of raising the band’s profile and garnering a
substantial following throughout the world. BALFOR’s fan bases, and
reputation, were further increased by various live and festival appearances.
BALFOR today? With the release of the new album “Barbaric Blood”,
it is obvious that founder Thorgeir has developed into a charismatic
front man who is able to switch from aggressive black, to soaring melodic clean
vocals with consummate ease, whilst BALFOR’s effortless ability to cross
the melodic/black/death/extreme metal genres draws to them a diverse range of
fans. “Barbaric Blood” is definitely one of the defining moments in
BALFOR’s career.

thrash metal marcam toda a carreira dos Tankard. Surgiram em 1982, na
cidade alemã de Frankfurt, onde cinco amigos se reúnem em meio às preocupações
com as aulas do ensino médio, e decidem fazer uma banda, com o objectivo de
ganhar fama e dinheiro.
Todos na faixa dos 15 anos, Oliver Werner (bateria), Axel Katzmann
(guitarra), Frank Thorwarth (baixo), Gere Gesang (voz) e Bernard Rapprich
(guitarra).
Após alguns tempos, o abandono ao colectivo, do guitarrista Bernard Rapprich,
e até aos dias de hoje, a banda não parou de tocar, gravar albuns, e dar
brilhantes concertos com a mesma garra do puro "Thrash Oldschool"...
sempre com o mesmo idioma, Cerveja, mulheres e tocar para o maior número
possível de pessoas.
Nos próximos dias 1 e 2 de Fevereiro, a banda Alemã, visita o nosso país
para dois concertos exclusivos.

Aktiv Dödshjälp was formed in 2004 by Tomas Nilsson who recently
had been introduced to Swedish crust sound. Being overthrown by this new world
of extreme music he felt an urge to create a band to explore this new dimension
in music.
After several demos, complication albums and a split 7” had been released
the majority of the band decided to quite due to the lack of interest, this was
in 2006. Tomas soon recruited new members to the band and wrote the band’s first
fullenght album, 4:48 which saw the light of day in the middle of 2007.
On this album he focused on mixing crustcore a lot with black metal and death
metal elements.
In 2009 Tomas recruited Roberth Karlsson (also known from his work in
Scar Symmetry and Facebreaker) to sing on the forthcoming Aktiv Dödshjälp
album. By this time Tomas felt that he had explored most of the crustcore
sound and started to experiment a lot more with hardcore elements in the songs.
The previous tours done with Devian had also affected Tomas way in
writing songs.
In 2010 the second fullenght album, Men allting har ett slut, was
released and soon got a lot of attentions in Sweden.
