Com o muitíssimo aguardado «Maledictus»
a chegar internacionalmente às lojas e às plataformas de streaming no passado
dia 12 de Agosto via Atomic Fire Records, os
SEVENTH STORM juntam-se à Notredame Productions para anunciarem o
segundo concerto oficial de apresentação do seu muito aplaudido álbum de
estreia.
A nova banda liderada por Mike Gaspar vai subir ao palco do Hard Club,
no Porto, no dia 28 de Outubro, para apresentar pela primeira vez na Invicta os
temas do recém-lançado disco, com os Moonshade como banda de suporte.
Ancorado num forte sentimento de dor e raiva, o primeiro registo do colectivo
liderado pelo ex-baterista e fundador dos Moonspell – cuja formação fica
completa com Rez na voz, Ben Stockwell e Josh Riot nas
guitarras e Butch Cid no baixo –, foi totalmente gravado nos Dynamix
Studios em Lisboa, entre Maio e Outubro de 2021, com as misturas a cargo do
icónico Tue Madsen.
Descritos pela editora como "uma demonstração de pura força de vontade",
o alinhamento de "Maledictus" funciona como uma verdadeira declaração de
intenções, com os quatro músicos a fundirem toda a experiência acumulada no
passado com um engenho sem igual para a criação de canções memoráveis, que
misturam de forma exemplar peso com melodia.

A Associação Ecos Culturais do Louro revela o
cartaz completo para a edição do Laurus
Nobilis Music Fest, que decorrerá de 21 a 23 de Julho de 2022.
A sexta edição deste festival tem como grande destaque a presença dos Norte
Americanos MANOWAR,
que atuam no primeiro dia juntamente com as bandas nacionais Vella, Jardim
Letal, Medo e Via Sacra e os Franceses DarkTribe.
O dia 22 será encabeçado pelos Suecos At The Gates, acompanhados de
várias bandas internacionais, como os os Israelitas Orphaned Land, os
Polacos Hate, os Espanhóis Counteractt. Para completar este dia,
há também uma forte aposta em nomes nacionais, como Moonshade, Grindead,
Sonneillon e Beyond Strength, sendo esta última um tributo a Pantera.
O dia 23 tem também um leque de bandas internacionais, com destaque para os
italianos Lacuna Coil. A completar este dia, estarão também os Polacos
Decapitated, os Franceses Benighted, os Belgas Human Vivissection
e de Espanha estarão os Madrilenos Eternal Psycho. Ao nível nacional,
este dia contará com Basalto, Durrhast (tributo a Rammstein) e também
Downfall of Mankind, uma presença de peso a voltar aos palcos nacionais,
após várias digressões pela Europa.
O campismo gratuito está assegurado pela organização, mediante a apresentação do
ingresso do evento, seja passe geral ou diário. Existirá ainda uma área
destinada ao caravanismo, com as devidas condições.

The band comments on the bonus tracks: "The reason why we picked Shipwrecked and Northbound was because most of our
listeners haven't heard our first EP 'The Void: Stories From the Whispering
Well'. It was a time of experimentation and getting to know each other's
style.
We picked this song specifically because it had fragments of that sound that we
wanted to pursue. That sound led to the creation of Ghostlands.
Now - years later we decided to re-make it with the knowledge, possibilities and
skills we lacked back then. It's a homage to the old and new.
The two covers on this deluxe edition were picked because they meant something
deeply for some members in the band.
Most people know Nick Cave and his mastery of words and music, but fewer
know about the enchanting Loreena McKennitt.
With our style and vision we created these two covers in respect to their
virtuosity but with our own twist!"
