THERION announce new rock opera and European tour for 2018
When 15 year old prodigy Christofer Johnsson founded THERION as a death metal band in 1987, little did he know that exactly 30 years later he would put the final touches to a project that will go down in history as symphonic metal’s most ambitious release. While ‘metal operas’ are no longer an unusual creation, this term will forever receive a new meaning on January 26th, 2018, when the curtain opens for Johnsson’s lifelong creation: »Beloved Antichrist« is the title of his spectacular brainchild, consisting of 3 full-length CDs and is more than just a concept album, but a complete rock opera with multiple chapters, unveiling a sweeping story partly based on and inspired by Vladímir Soloviov "A Short Tale Of The Antichrist".

With an incredible total of 29 different roles and characters, whoall required a unique voice, THERION hired not only a big choir, but also 29 vocalists to bring the epic story to life. With long-time collaborators like Thomas Vikström, Lori Lewis and Chiara Malvestiti, fans will hear the classical THERION vibe but also be able to drown in a magical maelstrom of many new as well as familiar voices.

Divided into several chapters, the opera reaches a full length of 3 and a half hours and THERION are currently working on the possibility of bringing the entire production to the stage. And while this monumental undertaking still simmers away in the Swedish production halls, the band has announced a pan-European tour where they will perform some of their new masterpieces live in a classical concert setting. Support comes from Russia’s symphonic metallists IMPERIAL AGE and Germany's NULL POSITIV.
Don't miss this new milestone in the history of symphonic metal and witness this dramatic staging of the apocalypse and all those brave, sinister and fascinating characters heading towards the end of it all. Boas Pessoal, vamos necessitar da vossa ajuda de forma a apoiar a banda Therion no processo do já infame "Lisbon Dark Fest", evento este organizado pela já bem conhecida "Fábrica da Musica", que como muitos já sabem está ligada á já extinta "RDA" (Rita D. Alves) de mau nome na cena metaleira, pois foi responsavel por organizar concertos vergonhosos onde não pagaram á maioria das bandas, isto segundo as próprias bandas que contrataram para os eventos! Desta ultima feita falsificaram a ultima transfência para a conta da banda Therion, segundo a própria banda!

Desta feita a advogada dos Therion necessita da vossa ajuda num processo contra a promotora do espectáculo "Lisbon Dark Fest", ela necessita de testemunhas que saibam que os Therion tocaram naquela noite do "Lisbon Dark Fest" e que a empresa promotora do espectáculo lhes ficou a dever dinheiro. PT - Saudações irmãos e irmãs Metaleiro(a)s!
Aqui estamos novamente para denunciar o retorno mais uma vez de promotores inviáveis e exploradores. No ano passado informei sobre a produtora RDA que tinha falhado com diversos pagamentos a bandas, tais como Noctem(ESP), Hate in Flesh(PT), Lvnae Lvmen(Pt), etc bem como staff e sala. Actualmente, pelo menos a dona da RDA, Rita Alves volta como um novo nome, é ele "Fabrica da Musica".
Esta informação é clara e evidente já que nos bilhetes para o evento "Lisbon Dark Fest" com bandas confirmadas como Therion, Crematory, Haggard, Ava Inferi entre outras, tem o respectivo nome e N.I.F. impresso nos bilhetes como podem comprovar.
Quem pode ter confiança na mesma pessoa que falhou com pagamentos a diversas bandas no passado e organizou diversos concertos desastrosos como os de Ramp+Bizarra Locomotiva - Mnemic/Noctem+Heavenwood+Hate in Flesh,etc, todos eles sem qualquer tipo de sucesso? Penso que não seja necessário dizer mais nada, apenas alertar do retorno destes promotores duvidosos que de forma alguma devem denegrir a imagem de todos outros promotores de confiança Nacionais.

Last year I made you all aware of RDA booking/promotional agency who failed with several payments to bands like Noctem(SP),Hate in Flesh(Pt), Lvnae Lvmen(Pt),etc, as well as staff and venue. Well, now and at least RDA owner, Rita Alves returns with a new name that is "Fabrica da Musica".
This information is clear to all since the tickets for the show "Lisbon Dark Fest" with bands like Therion, Crematory, Haggard, Ava Inferi among others has her name and tax payer id printed.
How reliable can be the same person who failed payments to several bands in the past and organized disastrous concerts like the ones of Ramp+Bizarra Locomotiva - Mnemic/Noctem+Heavenwood+Hate in Flesh,etc. this without any success at all? I Think that I don't need to say more and just need to make you aware about this unreliable promoters return that in no way should darken the image of all other reliable Portuguese promoters.
