Os Vulcano surgiram no underground brasileiro no início da década de
80, mesmo antes de aparecer a maior exportação do Metal brasileiro, os
Sepultura. Esta erupção criadora, com mais de três décadas de existência,
influenciou, com a sua mistura de Thrash/Black, alguns dos subgéneros mais
extremos do Metal com particular incidência para a vaga de Black Metal
Norueguesa do inicio dos anos 90’s . Com uma carreira recheada de álbuns, os
Vulcano são daquelas raras bandas de culto pela qual muitos de nós esperavam
ver em Portugal. Será finalmente em 2016, ano que comemora os 30 anos do
clássico “Bloody Vengeance”.
Juntam-se ao cartaz os suecos Warfect, trio fundado em 2003, que
praticam um Thrash Metal coeso com influências das bandas clássicas desse género
dos anos 80´s e 90´s.
Teremos ainda neste evento os chilenos The Grief que praticam um Dark
Metal bastante abrangente e com diversas influencias. Daquele tipo de bandas com
aquela sonoridade negra característica da América Latina.
