BELPHEGOR - NEW ALBUM PUSHED BACK TO EARLY 2014!

The highly anticipated, yet untitled album is scheduled for a worldwide release in early 2014 via Nuclear Blast Rec.

Founding member, Guitarist and Vocalist Helmuth Lehner states: "Drums, Bass and Guitars are all tracked. It sounds brutal, more aggressive and more Death than what was heard on the last Lp´s. The soundwall is massive - just as expected.
Thanks to Erik Rutan for the extra motivation and forcing us to nail down tight as fukk performances.
Furthermore I am set to lay down the vocals in June/ July, the mix and mastering will be done in September. A tough call, but it was the best for the record to decide to delay the release date again, to unleash the album in early 2014. Be prepared for Diabolical Death Musick!"

Here is a list of some new sound-collages: "GASMASK TERROR", "REX TREMENDAE MAJESTATIS", "TAKE HER, LUCIFER!", "THE INVERTED CROSS",...Also watch for the shredding trailer of the rhythm guitars, which will be revealed in April!

‎BELPHEGOR ON SWR XVI METAL FEST - PORTUGAL!

BELPHEGOR will be back in Portugal, this time on the most underground and oldest surviving extreme metal festival around, the SWR XVI - Barroselas Metal Fest 2013!
SWR Metal Fest, will be celebrating their 16th year of existance and shall host Belphegor's special 20th Anniversary show! Something that any true die-hard extreme metaller shouldn't me missing in 2013. Belphegor will be on their maximum force, presenting their new, and yet untitled 10th release!
Belphegor will share stage with bands like Agalloch (USA), Manilla Road (USA), Negura Bunget (Romania), SCD (France), Miss Lava (Portugal), Natron (Italy), Akphaezya (France), Vulvectomy (Italy) , Beneath (Iceland), Luctus (Lithuania), Zombiefication (Mexico).

Yes...seemingly unreal! After fighting 10 months to get my life back, it feels amazing to be able to create the new sound collages coming to you next March!

FIRST STUDIO TRAILER RELEASED!

Blasphemic Death/ Black Metal commando BELPHEGOR released the first studio report from the yet untitled upcoming album, which will be unleashed by Nuclear Blast records in March 2013.

Bass guitar and drums are tracked. The trailer provides a glimpse into the recording process at Mana studios, in Tampa/ Florida. Erik Rutan is producing the tenth BELPHEGOR album.
