ATTICK DEMONS: Os anos podem passar por todos nós e transformar tudo ao nosso redor mas, em
alguns casos, a marcha do tempo serve apenas para sublinhar que os fortes
conquistaram o direito de alcançar o patamar de excelência que sempre mereceram.
Esse é o caso de ATTICK DEMONS que, ao longo dos seus vinte anos de
carreira, sempre se mantiveram resolutos na sua intenção de conquistar o mundo
com o seu Heavy Metal e chegados a 2016 colocam mais uma jóia na sua coroa com o
lançamento do seu novo álbum, “Let’s Raise Hell”.
O novo disco apresenta os ATTICK DEMONS em plena forma, com uma nova
fornada de temas fiéis ao seu apreço pela tradição da NWOBHM, onde
conseguem ainda juntar o tom moderno com que temperam a sua música. Em “Let’s
Raise Hell”, puderam ainda contar com a participação de alguns convidados
ilustres que vieram oferecer o seu toque pessoal a alguns temas, como é o caso
de Juan Zagalaz (Alhándal) em ‘Dark Angel’, Chris Caffery (Savatage)
em ‘Let’s Raise Hell’, que também contou com os coros de Ricardo Pombo
(Cruz de Ferro), Leonel silva (Mindfeeder) e Paulo Basílio (Deserto),
Nero Victor (Why Angels Fall) em ‘Endless Game’ e Liliwhite Lilith
(Inner Blast) em ‘Dark Angel’.
O concerto oficial de apresentação de “Let’s Raise Hell”, em Lisboa, vai
ter lugar no RCA Club no próximo dia 29 de Outubro, seguindo-se
depois uma data no Porto, no palco da Cave 45, no dia 05 de Novembro.
Para cada uma das datas serão ainda anunciadas algumas bandas convidadas. Contamos com a vossa Presença.

Uma das mais antigas bandas de Heavy Metal nacional no activo celebra este ano
30 anos de actividade.
Em comemoração destas três décadas de existência, os ALKATEYA
em cooperação com a Chaosphere Recordings, a Notredame Productions
e a Non Nobis Productions vão realizar uma grandiosa festa em formato
“Heavy Metal Fest” em Lisboa no RCA Club, dia 3 de Setembro.
Como especiais convidados, vão actuar nesta celebração: MIDNIGHT PRIEST – CRUZ DE FERRO – RAVENSIRE – LEATHER SYNN – SHIVAN,
abrindo as hostilidades para um concerto bem especial dos aniversariantes
ALKATEYA!
E como cereja no topo do bolo, o colectivo aproveita a ocasião para lançar o seu
novo trabalho de originais intitulado "LAST", num formato e com
caracteristicas bem especiais!
Passados 10 anos sobre a edição do album "Lycantrophy", os Lobos assinam
aqui mais um punhado de hinos na melhor e mais pura tradição do Heavy Metal
Oldschool, editando, pela primeira vez, numa edição em vinil limitada a 300
cópias (tanto em vinil como formato de CD) através da Chaosphere Recordings
e da Non Nobis Productions.
Longe de significar um adeus, este "Last", pode-se considerar um duplo EP
composto por cinco temas novos que demostram bem a razão dos Alkateya
serem nestas 3 décadas a grande referência e símbolo maior da pureza do Heavy
Metal nacional e primordial influência dos novos valores do underground nacional
no estilo, brindando assim a sua longevidade.
Provando isso mesmo, a segunda parte do disco, "o outro EP" é composto
por um tributo de algumas das mais reconhecidas bandas da actual cena portuguesa
de Heavy Metal tradicional prestando assim homenagem aos "velhos" Alkateya,
valorizando o disco com um tributo de 5 versões muito próprias de alguns dos
clássicos de sempre da banda homenageada.
Essas cinco bandas são e temas são; Cruz de Ferro ( "Rock On, Roll Out"),
Leather Synn ( "Face to Face (We Are One!"), Midnight Priest ("Demon Rider"),
Ravensire ( "The Call & The Crash (All Men Stand Still ") e Shivan (" Exodus
").”
Os TÝR passam por Portugal em
Setembro para um concerto único e exclusivo!
A banda Folk/Heavy Metal das Ilhas Faroé tem concerto agendado para dia 25 de
Setembro no RCA Club em Lisboa.
A Primeira Parte estará a cargo dos Portugueses Cruz de Ferro,
que sabem bem como aquecer o ambiente desta que se promete uma grande noite de
Heavy Metal.
Ainda como primeira parte vão estar os Lisboetas Inner Blastque se encontram em fase de promoção do seu álbum de estreia editado
recentemente.

Norwegian extreme metal titans ANCIENT, who recently signed a global deal with
ALPHA OMEGA Management, are set to release their new album “Back To
The Land Of The Dead” in February 2016. ANCIENT
is featuring Zel (aka Aphazel) on Vocals/guitars/keyboards, Dhilorz
on Guitars/bass and Nick Barker on Drums, and just recently the band
announced Ghiulz Borroni, esteemed shredder of extreme metal scene and
lead guitarist of the legendary cult band BULLDOZER, to be the band's
live session guitarist.
The frontman Zel comments: "Finally, the album is ready!! The new album of Ancient, Back To The Land
Of The Dead, was mastered today by Mika Jussila at Finnvox Studios
in Finland. So, the album is 100% ready now. We will launch news about release
date, label, teaser, new video, tour dates etc etc. in about 2 weeks from now."

Portuguese death metal sensation
Skinning,
have released a new videoclip for the track "In the name of the Whisper" from
their
new album "Slaves of Insanity".
Skinningwhere formed in December 2011 in Portugal (Guimarães). The band was formed by Luís
Barroso (Drums in Skinning, Daemogorgon and ex: Bloody Tears, Hacksaw, Vrna,
Koltum e Infernal Kingdom) and Vítor Lopes (Vocals and Guitar - Skinning
and PosMortiis).
From 22nd to 23rd of December, the band records their first track with the title of
“Left to Die” in the 213 Studio by the producer Bruno Silva. On
the 25th of December 2011 this song was published online at the bands page.
“Left to Die” works as promotion and example of the band musical
definition and direction. In March of 2012, Baal Quinhones (Bass - Skinning
and Daemogorgon) has accepted the invitation to become the bands bassist.
In March 2012Skinning
records their first EP – Beneath the Scars (that contains 5 original
themes of destruction) produced and mastered by Bruno Silva in 213
Studios.
In May 2014 the band has released their debut release "Cerebral Mutilation"
via Raising Legends label, this album had a great feedback both from the
media and listeners. This has allowed the band to go on tour and give
several shows in their own country!
The bands Death Metal sound has its influences from bands like: Vader, Krisiun, Aeon, Cannibal Corpse, Behemoth, Decapitated, Morbid Angel, Deicide…
"Slaves of Insanity" was produced by André Matos (Heavenwood,
Web, Equaleft, Tales For The Unspoken) and mixed by Bruno Silva (Secrecy, Sonneillon, Templarios do Rock) and it is one of the greatest releases to
come out via Raising Legends label in 2016.
