HATE SIGN TO METAL BLADE RECORDS!
FIRST NEW SONG AVAILABLE!
[2018.07.12]

Metal Blade Records has proudly announced today the singing of HATE, the glorious Death/Black Metal force hailing from Warsaw, Poland.

HATE have been praised by press and fans alike for years for creating lacerating and dark music, proven best on their current album ‘Tremendum’ (2017). The album saw ATF Sinner (vocals, guitars) utilize the dark aspects of the mystic and arcane Slavonic folklore to explore themes both personal and impersonal. It is an album that is relatable at first listen, but that is hard to fully know.

In 2018, we find HATE as ever, advancing. In preparation for what might be their most fruitful endeavor so far, to collaborate with the home of American Metal, Metal Blade Records. “’You are judged by the company you keep’ the saying goes, and if that is true, then we shall be judged extremely favourably. We are very proud to announce our signing to Metal Blade Records, a label that is as synonymous with Metal as the invention of the distortion pedal. This signing could not have come at a better timing, as it coincides with an opening of a new chapter in the band’s history. Beginning with the release of 2017’s ‘Tremendum’, Hate has been on a journey towards new, even darker horizons, and we’re confident that this step will help us in reaching these goals. Our first collaboration is already well underway and plans have already been laid down to enter the studio in December of this year, with a tentative release date for mid-2019. Come, bear witness and join us on this journey”, comments the band's frontman ATF Sinner.

POSSESSED - Reveal new demo track "Abandoned"!

POSSESSED
COUNTRY: USA
GENRE: DEATH METAL

REVEAL NEW PRE-PRODUCTION DEMO TRACK "ABANDONED"!
[2018.06.30]

North American death metal godfathers POSSESSED have just revealed a Pre-album-demo-version of their new song "Abandoned". An old-school death metal delight to ones ears, and yet it's just a demo of the bands new track... in fact death metal can't get much better and direct than this!

Check out DECIBEL Magazine article on this
"Death metal godfathers Possessed have released only their second new recording in 25 years via the Decibel Flexi Series! This exclusive new demo song, “Abandoned,” was originally tracked in 2016, but it is such a ripper that simply letting it rot on a hard drive would be a crime against metal history! Jeff Becerra and company will hopefully re-record this gem for their forthcoming Nuclear Blast debut (the legends’ first LP in since 1986!), but for now, the only place you can experience it is via the Decibel Flexi Series. So, if you want this rare slice of death metal history don’t hesitate, because an extremely limited number of issues containing our 92nd installment in the Decibel Flexi Series are available here."

HATE - Reveal "Path to Arkhen" new pre-production track!

HATE
COUNTRY: POLAND
GENRE: DEATH BLACK METAL

UNLEASH NEW PRE-PRODUCTION TRACK "PATH TO ARKHEN"!
[2018.05.27]

Polish extreme metallers HATE have just unleashed a rough mix of a new song "Path To Arkhen" taken from pre-production session, which took place between February and April 2018 at JNS Studio.

HATE frontman commented:
"This is a new dawn of a sincerely empowering and galvanising journey to be on. We are currently in the middle of the writing process, but as I promised (here and elsewhere), we are sharing this piece in its initial form: ”Path To Arkhen.” Arkhen being a version of the last bastion of Slavic Paganism, Arkona. (...) We are planning to enter the studio by the end of this year, with the new record fully written in hand for a tentative early 2019 release. Thematically, it builds further upon the themes of our previous album, “Tremendum,” exploring the darker and more malevolent sides of archaic Slavic ritualism. This new opus will explore these themes further, more profoundly, detailing with our own confrontations with this gone, but not forgotten world. Both in form and in sound."

Finding inspiration from bands like Dissection, Dimmu Borgir, King Diamond, Marduk and Satyricon, the music is guitar based and backed up by a real string orchestra and choir! You're gonna be in for a hell of ride when entering their domain!

Right now the band is recording in the Wings studio in Stockholm, working hard to record their first batch of songs and are very eager to reveal their symphonies to the world.
