Conquest Icon was found in late 2009 by Andy Blakk (ex-Pyorrhoea,
Suicide Circle) and Empherion (Empheris, Hellish).
Band, supported by Imp from Saltus, started to work on debut album
in November 2009 and in April 2010 “Hellspire” was finished. Album was
mixed and produced by Andy Blakk (drums and vocals were recorded in
KPD Studio; guitars and bass were recorded in ABH Studio).
Music on “Hellspire” is an old school blackened death metal.
Album was released by 16th of July 2010. CDs are available through band's site

After releasing debut album "Hellspire", band takes no rest. In August
2010 the lineup was completed and band started to work on the material for the
split "We Are The Ancients" (split is shared with Empheris, Wraith,
Necroist and Purifier). Split is soon to be released.
In May 2012 co-founder and band's vocalist, Empherion, decided to leave
the band due to personal reasons. He was replaced by Ronve. Current
lineup is following.

BLACK ALTAR BIOGRAPHY
Anno Bastardi 1996
In the darkest abyss of chaos where time and space are impenetrable, Black
Altar came into existence. It took its earthly shape during blasphemous
Sabbath in the Night of Walpurgia Anno Bastardi 1996, when it was summoned by
the voice of Shadow. He, as the first guardian of Black Altar,
have started an unholy crusade, thus awaking fear and pain among the
hypocritical and hideous christian lambs.
1997
The first stroke into their rotten system of values was a demo entitled "Na
Uroczysku..." (On a secret place..) which gained a recognition among several
groups of listeners. It was recorded by Shadow in 1997 at Selani
Studio with the help of Doc (RIP), Vader's drummer, in the role of a
music engineer. Released under Shadow's own label - Odium Rec.,
the first issue of 500 copies was sold out rapidly, making the name of Black
Altar popular in Poland and in other countries as well.
2003/2004
In September 2003 at Selani Studio Black Altar recorded their debut album
entitled "Black Altar". It was a great improvement in the development of
the band. The new hymns are still more extreme and more technical. "Black
Altar" was mixed and mastered at Studio X. For the track "Fire ov
Immortal Self" a professional video was recorded. In April 2004 the material
is released in the form of CD and a gate-fold LP by the German Christhunt
Productions. Odium Rec released a limited to 666 copies hand-numbered with
corpse blood cassette version of "Black Altar".
2006
After releasing the debut album Shadow parts with his musicians and as of
that moment Black Altar became temporarily a one-man band. In 2006
WarKult Prod from Peru released remastered version of Black Altar "Wrath
ov the Gods" (with 4 bonus tracks) as split, slip case cd, with Nebular
Mystic (Nor).
In October 2006 Black Altar finished record session of their second
album called "Death Fanaticism".
2008
2nd album “Death Fanaticism” was released on cd by Odium Records.
2009
On 2009 Antichristian Front Rec (Spa) released “Death Fanaticism”
on vinyl, limited to 500 copies.
Night Birds Records (Ukr) released „Death Fanaticism” tape version
limited to 300 copies and Propaganda Records (Ukr) pro tape limited to
666 copies.
On October 2009 7 Gates Rec (Pol) released digi pack A5 version of „Death
Fanaticism” album, limited to 500 copies. First 100 with a t-shirt.
2010
On July 2010 Black Altar recorded tracks for mini album "Suicidal
Salvation" and for the split Black Altar/Varathron/Thornspawn during
the same session.
2013
On January 2013 Black Altar / Varathron / Thornspawn “Emissaries of the
Darkened Call” split was finally unleashed by Odium Records as a
jewel case cd version and as a deluxe gatefold vinyl limited to 350 copies on
black, and to 150 copies on clear vinyl by Floga Rec/Hellsfire Rec from
Greece. Moreover, the A5 digipack was released via Black Saw Prod (Mex) and
BlackDeath Coven (USA) and a tape version limited to 140 copies in cardboard
box via RawBlackKult Prod from Bolivia. There were 3 new tracks of
Black Altar + intro and outro.
Also mini album “Suicidal Salvation” was released by Darker Than Black
Records on digipack cd.
2017
Gefandi Ör Andlät and Daemonum Subeunt, both from Ondskapt, joined
Black Altar.
Split with Beastcraft was released by Odium Records on digipack cd,
Lp, wooden box (limit to 50) and by Blackwood Prod (Uk) on tape limited
to 100 copies. Videoclip for “Tophet” song was shot with the
participation of James Stewart (Vader), Acerbus (Ondskapt), V. Priest (Acherontas)
and Sorath Northgrove (Beastcraft).
2018
Gefandi Ör Andlät and Daemonum Subeunt left Black Altar.
2019
Compilation of “Suicidal Salvation” mini album and Black Altar
songs taken from the split with Varathron / Thornspawn was released by
Odium Records as digipack, Lp and wooden box. Also Legions ov Darkness
(UK) unleashed cdr wooden box limited to 66 copies and tape limited to 100.
Re-edition of the debut album “Black Altar” was released by Odium
Records on digipack and Wooden Box (limited to 20 copies) with new mastering
and layout.
2 songs for the split wth Kirkebrann was recorded.
2020

Diabolical death metal squadron BELPHEGOR have
released their new album "The Devils" out via Nuclear Blast Records.
Once
again their trademark sounding "Diabolical Death Metal" will be brought
to the world. The outstanding
artwork was created by Greek artist Seth Siro Anton, with exalted design
elements influenced by renaissance and middle age paintings.
With "The Devils", long-running diabolical black death metal titans BELPHEGOR unleash
their twelfth studio album upon the masses, which proves to be one of the
strongest and most elaborate records in the groups career. Mixed & mastered at
renowned Fascination Street Studios by Jens Bogren (Kreator, Dimmu Borgir, At
The Gates), "The Devils" sounds absolutely crushing and dynamic, sonically
pushing the immense variety of the eight tracks to new heights.

The dark days of autumn and winter are approaching as European troop
BELPHEGOR plant another signpost to Hell upon the Earth's surface. One of
the most consistently extreme bands on the Death/Black scene crest their throne

their 2014 demonstration of brutality, »CONJURING THE DEAD«. »TOTENRITUAL«
consists of nine compositions which, blow-by-blow, silence any doubts about
the supremacy of these icons of the European scene. Merciless riff force,
crunchy blasts in a dark setting – 24 years after their foundation, BELPHEGOR’s
inventive creativity places them head and shoulders above the rest. Anyone
looking for silence, beautiful melodies and a life-affirming aura will suffocate
under the power of »TOTENRITUAL.«
Even small interludes takes the listener to a safe place only for a short period,
before the next brutal attack follows. The eleventh studio album of the
undisputed Death/Black Metal scene conductors follows the sophisticated path of
its precursors and will have their followers kneeling down in humility. The
commander of death-sounds does not use a blunt corset of henchmen for his
attacks on society's conventions, but demonstrates his skills as a high-class
songwriter. From determined songs, embossed by an obsessed directness, to

For the recordings of »TOTENRITUAL«, the squad retired to Stage One
Studios in Germany and Studio Mischmaschine in Austria.
For the diabolic wall of sound, the explosive material was sent across the pond
and was refined in the Audiohammer Studios in Florida by Jason Suecof
[Mix] and Mark Lewis [Mastering]. The impressive cover artwork was again
created by the Greek artist Seth Siro Anton, who has also created the
striking visual countenance for »PESTAPOCALYPSE VI« [2006] and »CONJURING
THE DEAD« [2014].
BELPHEGOR was founded in 1993 and spread like a virus within the
underground. Meanwhile, their »BLOODBATH IN PARADISE« demo has become
legendary and paved the baleful path into the souls of thousands of listeners.
Anti-religious with nihilistic tendencies as well as provocative topics,
BELPHEGOR moved on. The debut album »The Last Supper« [1995] let the
community of followers and opponents grow. Inexorably, the band pushes their
destructive ways forward in the following years. BELPHEGOR become louder,
more obsessed and more dynamic, and their albums now have cult status. To think
about the scene doesn't work without thinking of BELPHEGOR. In 2008, the
band sent their followers to the edge of hell with »Bondage Goat Zombie«
and sparked an all-consuming Death Metal fire with blasting black metal
influences. This masterpiece, inspired by the Marquis de Sade, is one of the
most demanding works the genre has offered to this day. BELPHEGOR showed
themselves equally brutal and baleful on the successors »WALPURGIS RITES -
HEXENWAHN« [2009] and »BLOOD MAGICK NECROMANCE« [2011]. The band
received a lot of great feedback for their intense live performances as well,
and reached out to a big and loyal fan base. Their obscure rituals full of
diabolical magick have haunted the world several times – next to extensive tours
through Asia and Europe, BELPHEGOR have also completed ten tours through
North America. No matter where BELPHEGOR march forth on this planet, be

pacientemente a ansiar por um regresso aos palcos desde o lançamento do
muitíssimo aplaudido "Limbo", que chegou em 2020 e marcou a estreia do
grupo no respeitado catálogo da Season
Of Mist. No entanto, se 2022 já foi um ano em grande para os músicos
nacionais, com uma sequência de digressões muito bem sucedidas pelo mundo e a
edição da novidade "Mirage", 2023 promete ser ainda melhor – e maior. Bom
presságio disso, e do crescimento exponencial que tem alcançado nos últimos
tempos, com o mais recente álbum a conquistar lugares de destaque nas listas dos
melhores lançamentos dos últimos doze meses, o coletivo anónimo vai apresentar o
seu mais recente álbum em dois espetáculos exclusivos em solo nacional,
agendados para 31 Março e 1 de Abril, noLAV - Lisboa ao Vivo

GAEREA em Portugal no

Com "Limbo" a ser lançado estoicamente em plena pandemia e o ciclo de
promoção desse disco a arrancar muito mais tarde do que seria desejável, os
GAEREA ainda fizeram todas
as atuações que lhes foram possíveis e, em vez de se ficarem apenas a lamentar,
decidiram focar-se na composição de novo material. Resultado disso, quando o
mundo abriu, não só lançaram um álbum soberbo – o elogiado "Mirage" –
como se atiraram de cabeça, e com força invejável, a uma intensa agenda de
digressões, que os viu a percorrerem a Europa, a protagonizarem a primeira
incursão pela América Latina e a tocarem perante plateias totalmente rendidas em
alguns dos mais importantes eventos de massas do género. Agora, com o mais

Auto-rotulados como “cathartic black metal”, os enigmáticos
GAEREA
assinam uma visão própria e individual do género em que se inserem, combinando-o
com elementos de forte carga emocional. Formada em 2016, a banda lançou um EP
homónimo de estreia em Novembro desse ano. Optando por permanecer anónimos e
invisíveis, renunciando até mesmo aos pseudónimos cénicos comuns no black metal,
aparecem em cena sempre escondidos por trás de capuzes negros adornados com um
símbolo que remete para a demonologia medieval. Apostando num conceito de horror
cósmico que não é novidade na tendência, mas apresentando um som mais espesso,
pesado e dinâmico do que é habitual, conseguiram trazer uma lufada de ar fresco
ao estilo e, com a estreia "Unsettling Whispers", de 2018, recolheram
elogios de forma quase unânime por parte do público e da imprensa. Dois anos
depois, com a edição de "Limbo", o primeiro fruto da sua associação à
Season Of Mist, aperfeiçoaram ainda mais essa fusão avassaladora de raiva,
angústia e desespero. Em 2022, lançaram o terceiro longa-duração, intitulado
"Mirage", assinando aquele que é, à data, o registo mais impactante e bem
sucedido comercialmente de uma carreira sempre em crescendo.

Slava Ukraini!
BALFOR BIOGRAPHY Balfor is a Ukrainian Black Metal band from Kyiv featuring Khors,
Raventale and ex-Hate Forest members. The band plays a style that can
be to define as Barbaric Black Metal, a name that only partly explains
the kind of dark, dramatic music they play. Music that is an epic, melodic and a
blastingly fast mixture of Black and Death Metal.
Band's frontman, continuously since its founding, is Anton Thorgeir Prymak
- lead vocals, guitars and as well as main composer.
The first album “Volki Severa” was released by German label E.O.L.P.
Production and received many good reviews. Meantime, band completed their
first Ukrainian tour.
Next release “Pure Barbaric” in a move calculated to bring Balfor
to the attention of a much larger audience was released for free download via a
net-label. It was a move that was extremely successful in terms of increasing
interest to the band. Using the resources and capabilities of social media
Balfor manages to attract new listeners worldwide.
Writing a new album “Barbaric Blood” Balfor signed a contract and
publishes it on Pulverised Records. European tour in support of the album
was very successful. The band played shows in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands,
France, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland. Balfor
also take a part on such well-known European metal festivals like: Eindhoven
Metal Meeting (NL), Rockmaraton (HU), Dong Open Air (DE), Global East (UA),
Metal Heads Mission (UA), Kilkim Zaibu (LT), Gothoom (SK), Carpathian Alliance (UA),
Metal Crowd (BEL), etc.
After that “Barbaric Blood” was released by CD-Maximum Records for
CIS and Baltic countries under the license of Pulverised Records.
Second European tour Balfor shared in the company of black metal bands
Emptiness and Christ Agony.

to seal a congregation regressing back in the victorious days of the genre,
while thrusting forth to the victories to come.
The spawn of this insatiable gathering will be unleashed upon the mundane plains
on 21st of June, on the blessed day of the Summer Solstice, as a digipack CD,
LP, limited wooden box, digital, t-shirts and longsleeve garments, to fulfil and
quench the thirsts and needs by every aspect, no less than the quality that such
an offering deserves.
It shall be a very special Opus in the form of a split release, dedicated to the
untold Mysteries of the Draconian Path, consisting of X new anthems of Orthodox
Black Metal and lasting approximately 53 minutes. Thus, severing every tie the
participants have set until forth, to form a deified monstrosity of terrors as
well as an offering to the Victory of the Draconian Ways, above, beyond and
astride Life and Death, a journey within theurgy and deification alike begins.
The cover artwork to enclose this Opus into mortal shell was crafted and created
by the infamous Daniele Valeriani, known for his formidable work with
several powerful artists and individuals of the genre.
