Swedish death metal masters
DEMONICAL have recently went into the studio to record what will be the
band's brand new EP. The material is scheduled for a spring release via Agonia Records.
The first new tracks since the release of the 2013's acclaimed "Darkness
Unbound" album, are being recorded in Amplified Studios (drums) and Wing
Studios (rest of the instruments) in Sweden, with Sverker Widgren (vocals)
behind the knobs. Sverker will also be handling the mixing and mastering
duties in the near future.
On the recording of the new EP, bassist Martin Schulman commented: "Armed
with blood and iron we have hereby started the recording process of a new four
track EP, once again bringing forth the ravishing sounds of HM-2 and razorsharp
chants of Stockholm-style death metal darkness. The hour of death draws near!".
Spawned in March 2006 by members of Centinex,
DEMONICAL preserves the flame of sheer, traditional death metal with a
suitable dose of melodiousness. With four full-length albums already under the
belt, international tours, and high rankings in reader-polls in several
magazines, the band inked a new record deal with Agonia Records at the
end of 2015.

Garage
civilizado.
do grupo polaco.
Desde a edição de «Welcome To
A BLITZ!
«Daemon Qui Fecit Terram», «Cain's Way» ou «Solarflesh: A Gospel Of Radiant
Divinity».
festivais do género.

DEVILISH IMPRESSIONS COUNTRY: POLAND
GENRE: MODERN EXTREME MUSIC
NeKronos Promotion is Proud to present the second band of the NeKroWeek band
DEVILISH IMPRESSIONS (Polish Modern Extreme Music) , a true excelent modern
and dynamic band from Polish soils for fans of Behemoth, Dimmu Borgir,
Vesania, Vader, old-Cradle of Filth and allot more!
Show your support and share this info to all your metal brotherhood if you like what you have heard!
Despite having only two albums under their belt Devilish Impressions
quickly managed to put their name out there. Critically acclaimed records and
intense touring along with some of the biggest names onto the metal scene made
them one of the most promising acts on the European map of extreme music. After
a row of personal problems that eventually caused several line-up changes and
temporary stage absence, the band strikes back with the brand new opus called
“Simulacra” and is
now ready to take the scene by storm again.
Considered as one of Poland’s leading and most innovative modern black / death
metal acts Devilish Impressions officially started in 2000 as a
three-piece, with founding singer / guitarist Quazarre remaining the only
member of the original line-up. Marking their presence with the 45-minutes-long
“Eritis sicut Deus; Verbum Diaboli Manet in Aeternum; Vox Vespertilio Act I –
Moon Var Dies Irae”, self-released in 2002, the band began the process of
shaping up its own spirit and self-consciousness, the long-time-hard work on
what would later evolve into the epic, extreme music phenomenon as the band is
being defined nowadays...
2005 saw them recording “Plurima Mortis Imago”, released in September
2006 on the London-based Conquer Records. The video for the song
“SataniChaoSymphony” was shot in London and two months later Devilish
Impressions hits the road along with AETERNUS as part of the European
“Ageless Void Tour”. In April 2007 they land a direct support slot on
MARDUK’s “Swords In The East” Eastern European run. After the
successful tours, in May 2007 the group enters Studio X for the
3-monthslong recording session of their second full-length album
“Diabolicanos – Act III: Armageddon”. While the record was being mastered by
Andy Classen at Stage One Studio,
Devilish Impressions appears at Red Alert Festival in the Crimea,
accompanying such acts as SUFFOCATION and VADER. Autumn 2007 sees
Devilish Impressions shooting the video for the song “Har-Magedon”,
set to promote the „Diabolicanos…” album. At the end of the year, the
band sets off for the “Verbum Diaboli Tour”, their first ever headlining
run across the Eastern European countries.
The “Diabolicanos...” album, released in January 2008 again on Conquer
Records, was widely praised in the international metal press and gave
Devilish Impressions the opportunity to open for BEHEMOTH and
SUICIDE SILENCE on “The Apostasy European Tour”, and then embark with
DISMEMBER for the “UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland Tour”. Meanwhile the
group was invited for selected shows of WACKEN ROAD SHOW 2008 yet, due to
abovementioned tours having been booked earlier, they eventually managed to join
the WRS bill, OVERKILL, TRISTANIA, SAMAEL and ENSLAVED, for a show
in Kiev only.
In May 2008 the album comes out in Poland licensed to Empire Records. The
same month sees Devilish Impressions joining forces with their home
country-mates HATE for their first time ever Polish invasion named
“Rebel Angels Tour” being forced to drop off from the tour’s last date, as
they had earlier been booked for the special show with SATYRICON in
Ukraine.
The summer of 2008 included the band's appearance at Pro Rock Festival
while coheadlining with RAGE and at Metal Heads Mission Festival
with bands like MOONSPELL, GORGOROTH and SAMAEL to name but a few.
After finishing over a half-year-long touring cycle in support to the
“Diabolicanos…” album, Devilish Impressions decide to continue their
crusade, despite facing many problems on both, professional and personal levels,
leading to further shifts in their line-up and temporary stage absence.
In the middle of 2009, Quazarre began to compose on what would later become the
“Diabolicanos...” successor, introducing even more of a thrash and heavy
metal influences in the song-writing process, and thus injecting a new dimension
of brutality and catchiness in Devilish Impressions’ music. Increasing
the use of clean vocals and further development of a melodic side of the new
songs, made their sound even more of an epic character, sound that eventually
turn into something the band themselves would describe as ‘MUSIC for the
EXTREME experiMENTAL generation ONLY’.
In the second half of 2010 Devilish Impressions enters few recording
studios, incl. Studio X and Hertz Studio in order to produce their
very best opus up-to-date named “Simulacra”. The long-lasting recording
session backed up by session synth appearances of Flumen (ASGAARD) and
Lestath (METransmissionAL), as well as special guests incl. Orion
(BEHEMOTH, VESANIA), Jacek Grecki (LOST SOUL) and Roman (LECTER), resulted
in extremely sharp and massive sound of the album, that along with the new
songs’ outstanding craftsmanship, breath-taking artworks and lyrical concept
based on works of the world’s famous poets makes the “Simulacra” record
one of the 2012 must-have metal offers.

The lyric video for
"An Endless
Celebration"
from their latest album "Darkness Unbound" :
http://youtu.be/i0DM1sTA5yE
Demonical was spawned in March 2006 - by former Centinex members
Johan Jansson (guitars & vocals), Martin Schulman (bass) and Ronnie
Bergerståhl (drums) - with a mission to return to the roots of death metal
and deliver a sheer dose of darkness and brutality.
The first audio assault - a four track promo attack entitled "Bloodspell
Divine" - was recorded at Necromorbus Studios during July the same
year. In November 2006 Demonical added vocalist Ludvig Engellau to
the line-up - 'cause Johan wanted to fully concentrate on the six-string
axe - and signed a worldwide multi-album deal with German Cyclone Empire.
The bands first full-length album, "Servants Of The Unlight", was
recorded at both Black Lounge and Necromorbus Studios during January and
February 2007 and released in April the same year. In November 2007 Temple of
Darkness released a limited Demonical/Absu 7”EP featuring one track
from the “Bloodspell Divine” promo.
In December 2007 the band parted ways with vocalist Ludvig Engellau due
to musical and personal reasons. Demonical continued for a few months
with various session vocalists until late March 2008 when Sverker “Widda”
Widgren came on board as the new fulltime frontman.
The bands second full-length album, “Hellsworn”, was recorded at
Necromorbus Studios between December 2008 and February 2009 and released by
Cyclone Empire in May 2009. A split 7”EP called ‘Imperial Anthems
Vol.1’ with Paganizer was released by Cyclone Empire in early
2010. This limited vinyl featured an exclusive Demonical track recorded
at the “Hellsworn” session.
In September 2010 Demonical once again entered Necromorbus Studios
in order to record “Death Infernal”, their anticipated third full-length
album. The album was recorded throughout the fall and released in Europe by
Cyclone Empire (April 2011) and in north-America by Metal Blade (July
2011) as a limited digi-CD, regular CD and limited LP.
The album was praised by fans and media and climbed high at reader-polls in
several magazines. During the fall 2011 drummer Ronnie Bergerståhl
decided to leave the band due to scheduling conflicts and he was quickly
replaced by Fredrik Widigs.
After “Death Infernal” was released the band decided to add a second
guitarist for live situations. A few session members were used at several tours
until Daniel Gustavsson joined as a full-time member during the summer
2012.
The first half of 2013 was spent at both Necromorbus and Wing Studios
in Stockholm with the recordings of “Darkness Unbound”. After the
recording a line-up change took place with Johan Haglund replacing
Johan Jansson and Ämir Batar replacing Fredrik Widigs.
“Darkness Unbound” was released on September 20th 2013 and supported by a
world tour.

the release of the upcoming 6th album will mark a new chapter in ANCIENT RITES'

and several more!

CENTURION was found in the middle of 1998 by Bigos (guitar) and
Śliwa (drums). The band from the very beginning has played fast and brutal
kind of death metal (inspired by DERANGED and ANGEL CORPSE style).
After a couple of months Ostry (second guitar), Sobiech (vocals)
and Ziomek (bass) joined the band. In the beginning of 2001 CENTURION
recorded the first demo, called ”...and they will leave only remains”.
In the middle of 2002 the band entered DBX studio in Warsaw and recorded
first LP „Conquer&Rule”. It contains over 25 minutes of brutal death
metal and the cover of Morbid Angel „Day Of Suffering”. CENTURION
has officially signed three-record deal with Apocalypse Records. After
that CENTURION toured Poland two times (in March 2003 and February 2004)
with the company of well known polish death metal killers from YATTERING.
In March 2004 CENTURION was invited to play during one of the biggest
European metal festival METALMANIA 2004. In the beginning of 2005
Sobiech, Ostry and Ziomek decided to leave the band.
In the next year Caesar (known from SHRAPNEL) and AD Gore (PYORRHOEA,
GORTAL) took up their functions as vocalist and guitarist. In this form the
band started to work at the second album. In May 2007 Blacha (bass)
joined the band. In October 2007 Centurion entered Progresja studio
and recorded promotional stuff called "Sacrilege". Those three new
tracks are the most sadistic and brutal material in the career of the band and
it also shows how will be the upcoming LP album look like. „Sacrilege”
was also release as a split album with GORTAL by the French
Gorification Musix in 2008. In the same time Centurion and
Mittloff from Apocalypse Records decided to finish the cooperation.
In 2009 band started to work at the second LP, called "Serve To No One".
The band entered one more time Progresja studio in Warsaw, known from
cooperation with such great bands as AZARATH, MASACHIST or LOST SOUL. Mix
and mastering of „Serve No One” was finished in the beginning of 2011.
Piotr “Mittloff” Kozieradzki, a drummer of prog rock band RIVERSIDE
was responsible for mixing of the material and Andy Blakk (ex-PYORRHEA,
CONQUEST ICON) is an author of mastering. This release was also a farewell
album of Śliwa who left the band due to his personal life. He was
replaced by Domin, previously known from the the bands such as DEVILYN
and NOMAD. Throughout the whole period of activity CENTURION has
played a few concerts all over Poland supporting among others the bands such as
