As some of you may know, we have a new release cumming in your way. It is called “Larvas” and it will be released through the one and only Bizarre Leprous Production CZ.

Now we think it’s time to show you the cover artwork of this brand new opus! Conceived by our very own Eduardo Fernandes, the cover portrays an bloody eye being open by surgical tools while a worm silently slithers into the iris.

According to him: “the whole ideia of this EP is to mark the transition between our previous album “Gorefilia” and the new songs we’re already working on. “Larvas” is Portuguese for “larvae”, and somehow we wanted to pass the image of a rotten body infested by worms [which represent “Gorefilia”], while one of those worms quietly crawls into a brand new body [the new songs]. This worm is this EP: rotten, ugly, slimy and fat – which actually are some of the words we can use to describe these songs!”

HOLOCAUSTO CANIBAL SIGNS WITH BIZARRE LEPROUS PRODUCTION CZ!

After a long period of silence regarding new releases time has finally come to announce that we signed a deal with the one and only Bizarre Leprous Productions for the release of our forthcoming opus.

This new effort, named “LARVAS”, is an EP consisting of four new songs and is actually a continuation of “Gorefilia”’s approach to paraphilias, involving [once again] sexual arousal and gratification towards sexual behavior that is atypical and extreme.

Musically speaking, these new songs evolved into something faster and brutal than “Gorefilia”, while maintaining the grooviest side of the band presented in our previous work.
As always, you can expect self torture, bizarre love, and loads of sperm tainted with blood.

Commenting, bassist Z. Pedro states: “It’s with huge pride and accomplishment that I can say that HOLOCAUSTO CANIBAL joined the Bizarre Leprous Productions family. We’ve been fans of the label and it’s releases and we know Roman for a long time and can honestly say that this was undoubtedly the best choice for this release due to their hard work and their own cult mark on the scene!”

Added drummer Diogo P.: “Personally I’m very stoked for being working with Roman and the rest of the Bizarre Leprous Productions crew. We’ve known each other for a long time and we know his work and ultra intense distribution around the globe, so I’m very sure that 2014 will be a good year for us! Also, it is amazing to join the ranks of such cult acts as INGROWING, PIGSTY, Jig-Ai, Ahumado Granujo, BLOOD, and Haemorrhage"
