Swedish death metal masters DEMONICAL have unveiled a new track from their forthcoming EP, "Black Flesh Redemption". The track, entitled "Cursed Liberation", is available through YouTube.

"Black Flesh Redemption" is scheduled for a April 24th release in Europe and May 5th in North America through Agonia Records. Available as:

"Black Flesh Redemption" to be released April 24 (EU) and May 5 (US) through Agonia Records.

Produced and mastered by vocalist Sverker Widgren, the four-track new EP was recorded in two studios: Amplified (drums) and Wing (rest of the instruments) between January and February, 2015.

The first new tracks since the release of the acclaimed "Darkness Unbound" album (2013), deliver the ravishing sounds of HM-2 and razorsharp chants of Stockholm-style death metal darkness.

DEMONICAL commented further on the new EP by saying: "Basically the new material continues where Darkness Unbound left us, however, with a slightly new course to explore when it comes to the musical and visual formula of the band. When it comes to the new album, modern extreme metallers DEVILISH IMPRESSIONS got 10 brand new songs written with a total running time slightly over 66 mins. Although most likely not all the tracks will end up on the regular edition of the album, the band are yet to pick out those for potential bonuses.

The recording session of DEVILISH IMPRESSIONS 4th full-length, a follow up to their critically acclaimed 'Simulacra' album (2012 Lifeforce Records) and its successor 'Adventvs' Ep (CD/digipak 2014 self-released, MLP 2015 Hammerheart Records) will commence on the 7th of May 2015 a.s.

DESTROYER OUT, DOMIN IN AS A LIVE SESSION GUITARIST!

HATE have parted ways with guitarist Destoyer after 9 years due to different priorities between him and the rest of the band. We would like to thank him for his contribution through out all those years and wish him all the best in his future endeavours. Zornheym will take a short break from the studio for now since Sverker, the ‪‎soundwizard‬ of Wing Studios, will be going on a european tour with Demonical. Catch them on the road if they pass though a venue near you!
We are more that pleased with how things are coming along so far in the studio. Now all that is left is for me to work on the string and choir arrangements to give the songs that little extra punch!

DEBUT ALBUM BEING RECORDED!

Zornheym debut, and yet untitled album drum recordings are done! Everything is going according to the plan at Wing Studios. This week the band will start tracking guitars. Yesterday Zornheym got all the pre work done in his guitars and bass by the talented Alan McCahey in ‎Stockholm‬. Zornheym will be using his Deathbucker‬ pickups, from Lace Pickups on an album for the first time!

MORE ABOUT ZORNHEYM:

Zornheym is from Finspång, a small southern town in Sweden. Finspang comes wih a great musical legacy that was a center for black metal in the early 90's. After being entranced by artists and bands such as Yngwie Malmsteen, King Diamond, Slash, Twisted Sister and Iron Maiden, Zorneym picked up the guitar at the mere age of 12. He knew from that age on that music would be his calling. At the age of 16 the urge to play guitar after hearing ”Magnum Opus” with Yngwie J. Malmsteen became an obsession that ended up with practice session that lasted for 12 hours a day. At that time he also started buying a lot of different instructional VHS with his favourite guitar players.

In early 2000 he formed Suicidal Seduction that gained some underground reputation in Sweden and that released two Eps. By this time Zornheym composed all guitar and bass lines, even though he played lead guitar. He had become very interested in studying how to compose a song from every possible angle and to pull it all together as a solid unit.

In 2004 he discovered crust and immediately formed Aktiv Dödshjälp. As the sole composer he handled both the guitar and bass duties. After various line up changes the band is now complete with their singer Roberth Karlsson (current singer for Scar Symetry)

In mid 2006 Emil Dragutinovic (ex-Marduk, ex-The Legion, ex-Devian) offered Zornheym to join forces with him and Legion (ex-Ophthalamia, ex-Marduk, ex-Witchery, ex-Devian) in their brand new band DEVIAN as their new bass player. The debut album ”Ninewinged Serpent” was already written, even though he played a big role with producing the vocals. During the recording process one of the guitar players left the band, that recently had signed a deal with CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS, the spot was offered to Zornheym instantly. On the their first tour, 8 weeks with Vader and SepticFlesh, Zornheym learned a lot about how to become a great stage presence. He was addicted to giving the crowd and fans their moneys worth. Together with Legion he would fire up the crowd every night. For the second album, "God to the Illfated” he composed a great deal of songs and arranged and produced a lot. After a few more tours the band was put to sleep soon after Legion's departure from the band in 2010.

In early 2011 Zornheym saw that DARK FUNERAL were looking for a new bass player which caught Zornyem's eye. After a few meetings with band leader Ahriman and Chaq Mol, Zornheym was offered the position as the band's new bass player. Together with them he has raised hell on some of the biggest stages around the world. Together they have toured Europe, North- Central and South America, Asia and Australia.

Now something else is lurking in the horizon.
