The blackened death metallers DIABOLICAL are premiering the first single and music video “We Are Diabolical”, taken off their sixth studio album “Eclipse”, to be released on February 15th via Indie Recordings.

More than twenty years after their formation in northern Sweden, innovative death/black metal hybrid DIABOLICAL proves to be more vital than ever and puts forth “Eclipse”, a concept album reflecting on the dark side of humanity that forces the listener to explore his own diabolical side. The album is a tour de force with spitting musical and aesthetic complexity swirling around a dense soundscape of excellently distilled and refined ideas, altogether forming a rare display of musical craftsmanship equaled by very few contemporary metal bands. With nine gracefully raging songs, “Eclipse” presents DIABOLICAL as a mature and sophisticated band on the rise to new heights.

"We Are Diabolical" is a song that sounds just as daunting as the title suggests. Right from the opening you get the feeling that the doomsday has come with a swarm of fallen angels painting the sky black. A contrasting middle part follows and prepares you for a final raging battle towards the end of the song. Give it a spin!

“This is the opening track of the new album and it sets the tone for it: grand, intense, ominous and dark. Thematically it puts forth what is at the core of the concept of this album, it’s supposed to raise questions and provoke the listener" says guitarist Carl Stjärnlöv.

THERIOMORPHIC - "OF FIRE AND LIGHT" RELEASE DATE REVEALED!

After a few setbacks, impossible to be worked around and which caused delays beyond what was desirable, Portuguese old-school death metal titans THERIOMORPHIC's new EP, entitled «Of Fire And Light», will be finally available​ on April 23rd, 2018. It will be, initially, in digital format with layout and lyrics, for free download. Afterwards, it should be released in physical format(s), yet to be defined.

The EP had collaborations of Daniel C. (Tod Huetet Uebel), Ivo Martins (Grog) ​and Miguel Tereso (Primal Attack/Demigod ​Recordings​)​​. It ​was ​recorded ​and mi​xed ​by Ricardo Queluz, ​in QB Rock Studio​s​.



The release will bear the seal of Dethstar Digital, the digital edition department of Dethstar Wreck'ordes, that already released the second album «The Beast Brigade» in CD and co-released the cassette version of the first album «Enter The Mighty Theriomorphic», celebrating the tenth anniversary of the album's original release.

Norway's melodic extreme metallers SUSPERIA, comprising former members of Dimmu Borgir and Satyricon will return with their long-awaited first full-length studio album since 2009, titled "The Lyricist", on March 16th via Agonia Records.

"The Lyricist" was recorded at three different studios in Norway between February 2015 and May 2016. The album was later mixed and mastered at Strand Studio (Chrome Division, The Wretched End, In Vain) by Marius Strand. Cover design and artwork was prepared by Vincent Fouquet, Above Chaos.
The first single together with pre-orders and album formats will be revealed in January 2018!

The artwork for Portuguese death metal sensation Skinning new album "Slaves of Insanity" has been created by Lordigan Pedro Sena (Analepsy, Cruz de Ferro, etc).
This new album is the sucessor to “Cerebral Mutilation”, with the release date set for January 2016 via Raising Legends.
“Slaves of Insanity” was produced by André Matos (Heavenwood, Web, Tales For The Unspoken, Blame Zeus , Wrath Sins) and it's seen as the bands most mature work to the date, outlining in this way the bands already powerful death metal sound.

HATE "CRUZADE:ZERO" TRACKLIST AND COVER ART REVEALED!

Polish Metal Leviathans, HATE, have revealed a track list and cover art for their upcoming release entitled "Crusade:Zero". The follow-up to the band's latest magnificent opus, "Solarflesh", will have its worldwide premiere on 25th of January, 2015 via Napalm Records. Artwork was created once again by Daniel Rusilowicz, the band's longtime graphic designer. The album was recorded and mixed at famous Hertz Studio (Vader, Decapitated, Behemoth) in Poland with Wieslawski Brothers handling production duties. HATE will soon be working on a video for one of the new songs which should be launched by the end of this year. The track listing for the new album is as follows:
