Drummer Pär Johansson comments: "The lyrical content of this song is based around the subject of betrayal and is consciously written to serve different ontological realities, whether it's on a global or a personal scale. The musical side of things is heavily influenced by some of my all-time favourite musicians and big chords are to be expected. Force the end!"

The blackened death metallers DIABOLICAL would like to take the opportunity to thank all their fans, friends and followers for their support through the past year! It has been a good one for the band!

The band comments: "2019 is looking to be a defining year for Diabolical.

Our new album "Eclipse" will be released on February 15. It's been a long and hard process and soon we will finally be able to share it with you all.

In March/April we are touring five weeks with Septicflesh and Krisiun covering most of Europe, and after that we are looking to do even more shows. We are very much looking forward to play new songs for you and share thoughts and drinks with many of you during our travels throughout Europe.

New year's resolutions are not for us. We made a commitment to this band many years ago, to dedicate ourselves to make the best music we can, to stay true to our vision and to take all the measures we can to execute it, never staying still and always improving ourselves and our art.

The Swedish Atmospheric melodic black metal force of nature WORMWOOD have revealed some guest vocals for their new opus "NATTARVET" (Night's heritage).

Two amazing but vastly different vocalist have recorded their guest vocals on the band new album, they are Mika (Paara) with his hauntingly, melancholic voice and Erik's (Månegarm) powerful and bombastic voice.

The band vocalist Nine has already finalized recording the vocals on the upcoming album.

The Swedish Atmospheric melodic black metal force of nature WORMWOOD have revealed details on their new opus "NATTARVET" (Night's heritage).

The band comments: "The upcoming album 'NATTARVET' will be a conceptual album about the hardships of the unforgiving Nordic nature.
During the 1800-hundreds famines were commonplace out on the windswept farms and secluded hamlets. Many people left Scandinavia towards America and other countries to build a new life, but many stayed, not wanting to leave their old houses which has been past on for generations. They stayed on frozen soil and sickness.
'NATTARVET' tell the stories of certain families fate and their superstitions towards the coming darkness.

It will be a journey through plague-stricken houses, sub-arctic agony, unbridled affection towards your birthplace and much more.

OAK - REVEAL DETAILS OF "LONE" DEBUT ALBUM!

Atmospheric death/doom metal band OAK with GAEREA members are on the verge of releasing their debut full length titled ‘Lone’ to be released worldwide on all formats via Transcending Obscurity Records. OAK fit well alongside their doom metal label mates such as Officium Triste, Jupiterian, Eremit, Drug Honkey, Illimitable Dolor, Et Moriemur, Towards Atlantis Lights, etc.

Label owner Kunal Choksi states, “I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Gaerea and when I came to know that their members are involved in another band playing doom metal called Oak, I was immediately intrigued. Upon listening to their music, it was clear that I had to work with them. Their level of professionalism is maintained over here as well, with everything sounding just the way it should and also careful consideration been given to the artwork and overall aesthetics. Despite being a new band, the members are experienced and know their way around things and I’m sure this will go down as a significant release in the genre in 2019.”

Being friends with Kunal for such a long time and having worked with TOR in the past, it felt very natural to deliver this first experience via the Indian ranks, which never stop to amaze us. We feel at home. “Lone” is a long journey where you find yourself in the middle of multiple scenarios and you can almost see the landscaping as you hear the gigantic sounds that echo through all of those places. From the burden one could carry to hold this world to the claustrophobic maze that traps your soul, “Lone” was fully produced and mastered at Stone Sound Studios (The Ominous Circle, Colosso, etc,) by Ricardo Oliveira. The majestic cover art was crafted by one of the most talented hands of our time, Paolo Girardi.”
