Melodic Death Metal band MOONSHADE
from Portugal have released an astonishing new videoclip for the title track of
their debut full-length "Sun Dethroned", out since October 2018 via Art Gates Records.
The new and amazing video was directed by no other than
Guilherme Henriques who is famous for his work with bands such as
Belphegor, Hideous Divinity, Malevolent Creation, Noctem, etc.
"Sun Dethroned" album is “a conceptual work that deals with a
two-sided personification of the human condition, in the form of two
romantically involved main characters that symbolize the abstract concepts of
‘good’ and ‘evil’: Lenore and God of Nothingness, the latter represented in the
album cover”. As MOONSHADE
further explain:
“Throughout this piece a story is told of which the most important events are
the death of Lenore (“good”), that leads God of Nothingness (“evil”) towards a
spiraling descent into wrath and madness, eventually consuming all reality,
including himself, finally abandoning his pitiful existence in a sea of regrets
where, in essence, he mourns his lost love and mourns the innocence of his
madness. In short, Sun Dethroned functions as a parabola that highlights the
need for balance while firmly stating the cost of its absence.” [ Source

North American death metal godfathers POSSESSED
will release their third album, "Revelations of Oblivion", on May 10. "Revelations of Oblivion"
is Possessed’s first album in over 30 years, following 1986’s Beyond the Gates.
They are streaming the album’s first official track, “No More Room in Hell” via
Youtube.
POSSESSED
"Revelations Of Oblivion" was recorded at NRG studios and Titan
Studios with Jeff Becerra as executive producer and Daniel
Gonzalez as co-producer for the album. Mixing and mastering was handled by
Peter Tägtgren (HYPOCRISY, PAIN, BLOODBATH) at
Abyss Studios in Sweden.

Shadowmare são uma banda de metal experimental oriunda do Algarve.
Nascidos da junção de membros de varias bandas da cena algarvia como

ZORNHEYM STARTED RECORDING THE NEW ALBUM WITH THEIR NEW DRUMMER! [2019.02.26]
ZORNHEYM Swedish Symphonic extreme metal horror addicts have started
recording their second album over Wing Studios (Diabolical, Demonical,
October Tide, etc.) with their new drummer Steve Pygmalion.
The band comments about the new drummer: "Firstly, if you have seen the
band live you might have noticed an unintroduced member holding down the drums
since our first live show.
That mysterious, rhythmic beast is known as Steve
Pygmalion and we are proud to announce we are permanently chaining him
to his from drum throne and admitting him to the asylum... with no hope of
release!
(...) To celebrate this, Steve Pygmalion has spent this past weekend
hammering down all drum tracks in Wing Studios."
